Trusting Each Other, Every Step of the Way!

During our Q2 planning meeting, we revisited a memorable moment from the 5th ODI between India and Sri Lanka in Colombo on September 3, 2017.

India had just completed a historic 5–0 clean sweep of the ODI series. Jasprit Bumrah was named Player of the Series and received an unusual prize—a Mahindra Eicher Polaris Multix, a compact multi-utility vehicle. Captain MS Dhoni took the keys and spent a few moments figuring out its controls. But what happened next made the moment truly unforgettable! Before Dhoni could even get going, the Indian cricket team playfully piled onto the tiny vehicle. Some squeezed into the seats, others perched on the roof with the trophy, crowded into the cargo area, or held on from the sides. With everyone trusting their captain, Dhoni drove the team around the R. Premadasa Stadium for a memorable victory lap.

And guess what? That’s exactly how we approached this quarter! We may not always have had the perfect vehicle or a smooth road ahead, but we had something far more important: trust in one another. We supported each other, embraced challenges, and moved forward together with confidence—even when the journey felt uncertain. Because success isn't just about having the right vehicle; it's about having the right people beside you. Read on to discover how we navigated Q2, celebrated our milestones, and continued moving forward—together!

Warm regards,
Hannah

July 2026 KAHE’s PD1 journey wraps up strong!

Beyond Training — Until Certification

The programme concluded on 27 July 2026 on a high note, with students celebrating their journey with an enthusiastic “Maayan Rocks!” cheer.

Following seven weeks of focused Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) training, the second batch of 58 pre-final-year students from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education successfully cleared their certification.

Behind this achievement was trainer Ramesh Kumaresan, who took complete ownership of the batch and supported the students from training through certification. From guiding their preparation and assisting with exam scheduling to coordinating closely with the college for smooth execution, he went far beyond the traditional role of a trainer.

With patience, persistence, and an unwavering focus on student success, Ramesh ensured that the journey extended beyond classroom learning. For Maayan Skill Development Center, this batch was about more than completing PD1 training—it was about standing by the students until they achieved their certification goals.

At Maayan, our commitment goes beyond training. We grow together, until success is achieved!

August 2026 Onam with the true Spirit of Maayan!

Celebrating Onam Together A Day of Team & Tradition

On 26 August 2026, after seven months of college engagements, busy schedules, missed celebrations, and very few opportunities for the entire team to come together, we at Maayan finally found the perfect reason to gather under one roof — Onam!

What began as a simple idea soon blossomed into a heartwarming team celebration filled with a traditional Sadhya, a beautiful floral Pookalam, festive attire, fun games, and plenty of laughter. With the team taking complete ownership of the arrangements, everyone enjoyed a much-needed break from training schedules, certifications, and deadlines.

More than just a festive gathering, the celebration brought alive the deeper spirit of Onam — sharing, equality, gratitude, and renewal. Sometimes, the best team-building exercise doesn't need an agenda or an activity. It simply begins with everyone sitting down together for a meal!

At Maayan, we celebrate not just our milestones, but also the moments that bring us closer as a team.

September 2026 Making a Mark — One Stage at a Time

Strengthening Campus Connections & Student Impact

On 3 September, Maayan Skill Development Center (Maayan SDC) strengthened its engagement with the student community through its participation in the installation ceremony of the Rotaract Club of Christ the King College of Engineering, Karamadai.

Representing Maayan SDC, Hannah Udhaya Vaseekaran, Director – Training & Operations, attended the event as Chief Guest, engaging with emerging student leaders around the importance of leadership, consistency, and responsibility. The theme, “Thadam Pathipom — Let’s Make a Mark Together: A New Chapter. A Greater Impact,” reinforced the value of creating meaningful impact through sustained effort and collective commitment. Drawing inspiration from the Thirukkural, the address encouraged the newly installed office-bearers to view leadership as more than a title—as a responsibility demonstrated through effective communication, ownership, teamwork, and the ability to honour commitments.

For Maayan SDC, engagements like these go beyond ceremonial participation. They help strengthen relationships with educational institutions, increase visibility within the campus community, and create opportunities to contribute to student leadership, career readiness, and industry-oriented skill development. We extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Sathese Kumar Sugumaran, President of the Rotary Club of Karamadai, for facilitating this opportunity to connect with the institution and its student community.

At Maayan SDC, every campus engagement is an opportunity to build relationships, inspire future leaders, and create pathways for meaningful learning and growth.

September 2026 Auspicious launch! Salesforce. At Your Campus!

Taking Salesforce Learning Closer to Students

On 14 September 2026, coinciding with Vinayaka Chaturthi, Maayan Skill Development Center (Maayan SDC) launched “Salesforce. At Your Campus.” — an initiative designed to bring structured Salesforce learning and career preparation directly to colleges in and around Coimbatore.

The initiative combines Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification preparation with practical career-readiness support, including interview preparation, group discussion practice, and resume reviews through the Maayan Resume Clinic. Students also receive guidance to approach certification exams with greater confidence.

For Maayan SDC, this initiative marks an important step towards building stronger partnerships with educational institutions, expanding its reach across campuses, and creating a more direct pathway between technical training and employability.

By bringing learning closer to students, Maayan aims to make industry-relevant skills, certification preparation, and career guidance more accessible—helping students learn, practise, and prepare for professional opportunities within their own campus environment.

One initiative. Stronger campus partnerships. More career-ready students. One campus at a time.

September 2026 Salesforce discovery session at Nehru Institute of InformationTechnology and Management

Two Days of Hands-On Learning

On 21 and 22 September 2026, Maayan Skill Development Center (Maayan SDC) conducted a two-day Salesforce awareness programme at Nehru Institute of Information Technology and Management, engaging 62 students in an interactive introduction to the Salesforce ecosystem.

Moving beyond classroom theory, the programme gave students an opportunity to explore the Salesforce platform firsthand. Participants were guided through creating their own Trailhead accounts and experienced building an application on Salesforce, helping them understand the technology through practical exposure. The sessions were led by Maayan trainers Viknesh Ravichandran and Ramesh Kumaresan, who introduced students to the platform, basic application development, and the learning opportunities available through Trailhead.

For Maayan SDC, this engagement was another step towards strengthening campus partnerships, expanding Salesforce awareness, and helping students discover industry-relevant technologies and potential career pathways.

By combining awareness with hands-on experience, Maayan continues to bring industry-relevant learning closer to students—sparking curiosity, building confidence, and opening doors to new possibilities.

September 2026 Completed Salesforce Administrator and Development Training with PD1 Certification!

One Determined Salesforce Journey

What began as classroom Admin training for 24 students on 7 July evolved into a comprehensive Salesforce learning journey by 25 September, covering both Administration and Development. Along the way, students earned numerous Trailhead badges, with one student crossing an impressive 92,000 points—a testament to the dedication and enthusiasm within the batch.

At Maayan SDC, the focus extends beyond technical training to preparing students for the professional world. Group Discussions helped sharpen communication and critical-thinking skills, while the Maayan Resume Clinic provided additional support to help students present themselves confidently to prospective employers. Trainers Viknesh Ravichandran and Kamali Balasubramani played an instrumental role throughout the journey, supporting students beyond the classroom. From assisting with certification vouchers and exam scheduling to providing continuous encouragement and moral support, they remained committed to helping students navigate every step towards certification.

The journey culminated in 24 students successfully clearing the Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification—a proud milestone that reflects the students’ determination and Maayan SDC’s commitment to structured learning and certification success.

And, of course, no Maayan success story is complete without a celebration! The batch came together for a loud and cheerful “Maayan Rocks!” —marking the third such celebration this year.

At Maayan, every certification represents more than a credential. It reflects a journey of learning, perseverance, guidance, and shared success.

September 2026 Resume Clinic. GD ready!

Building Career Readiness

At Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Maayan SDC extended its focus beyond Salesforce training by conducting targeted Resume Clinic sessions and Group Discussion (GD) practice to strengthen students’ career readiness.

As part of the Resume Clinic, each student's resume was individually reviewed, corrected, and refined with personalized feedback. Students then worked on improving their resumes to make them clearer, more professional, and better suited to showcase their skills and strengths. After all, having the right skills matters—but being able to communicate them effectively makes a difference!

The focus then shifted to Group Discussion readiness. Students explored current topics and received guidance on structuring their thoughts, communicating clearly, listening actively, and contributing meaningfully to discussions. Mock GD rounds provided practical exposure to selection processes and helped students understand what to expect during recruitment.

For Maayan SDC, these initiatives reinforce an important part of its training approach: technical expertise must go hand in hand with communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The goal is simple—to help students not only develop industry-relevant skills but also present themselves with confidence when career opportunities arise.

October 2026 Maayan commences Agentforce AI

Salesforce Development Meets Agentforce AI

Maayan SDC has launched a new training batch combining Salesforce Development with Agentforce AI, marking an important step in expanding its Salesforce learning portfolio to include emerging AI capabilities.

The Agentforce curriculum introduces learners to AI agents, Agent Studio and Agent Builder, the Einstein Trust Layer, custom agent actions using Apex and Flow, and agent deployment. It also covers Data Cloud and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts, prompt templates, Model Builder, and custom large language models (LLMs). Through these topics, learners explore how AI agents can reason, interact with Salesforce data, and integrate into real-world business workflows.

For Maayan SDC, this initiative goes beyond expanding the training curriculum. It reflects a continued commitment to keeping learning aligned with evolving industry needs and equipping students with skills that bridge traditional Salesforce development and AI-powered solutions.

By bringing Salesforce Development and Agentforce AI together, Maayan is preparing learners for the next wave of innovation in the Salesforce ecosystem.
